Thank you for shopping with Hello Poppy.
We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely to your doorstep. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

For pre-order items, please allow 3 weeks or more for your order to be shipped out, depending on supplier stock or custom-made requirements.


2. Shipping Duration

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days

  • East Malaysia: 5–10 working days

  • International Orders: Delivery time varies by destination

Please note that delivery times may be affected by courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on Instagram @hellopoppy.my for updates.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and courier details.
You can use this information to track your order directly on the courier’s website.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct when placing your order.
Hello Poppy will not be responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your parcel is returned to us due to wrong address or unclaimed delivery, you may request for reshipment — additional shipping charges will apply.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care in packing your orders.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days with your order number and photo proof.
We will assist you in filing a report with the courier or arranging a suitable replacement, where applicable.
